Beverage catering is taken care of (the tricky part), and you can choose the rest! We can tell you who we've loved working with, but we are flexible if you introduce us to someone new.

We keep our venue fee low so you can rent the furniture YOU want - chiavari chairs, hay bales, special sweetheart tables, thrones - you choose!

Pricing

Includes:

  • Access to property from 11am-11pm for up to 150 guests (for 150-250 guests, add $500)

  • 40x100 vintage barn, including floorplan design

  • Stable with 4 stalls, use how you wish!

  • Ceremony space at Peach Orchard Pond, with the barn as the rain plan

  • 7 acres to roam

  • Unlimited farm-style parking

  • Bluetooth speaker for music

  • Bathroom trailer - 2 stalls, you can rent additional if needed

  • Tables & Chairs - for up to 150 guests at ceremony and 150 guests in the barn. If larger, you can rent additional!

Price above does not include:

  • Day of Coordinator - provided by Magic Castle Management (also manages New Park Event Venue and Cedarwood Event Venue and Bar Catering)

  • Beverage Catering - Beverage catering will be provided by Cedarwood Bar Catering and will be priced separately

  • Food Catering - choose from our list of preferred caterer! if you want to choose from outside our list, we just want to be able to approve!

  • Decorating - you can talk to your Day of Coordinator about this

  • Additional vendors, such as Officiant, DJ / band, professional photographer, shuttle, etc.
